Reigate & Banstead Borough Council has successfully been chosen for the Government's Design Code Pathfinder programme. Working with the Office of Place (Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities), Urban Initiatives Studio and Urban Movement, the Council will develop a best practice Design Code. It is intended that this will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document.
